There are two payment models.
Per view (CPMV). You pay for every thousand valid views. Good when reach matters: many creators, many videos, and you pay only for what was watched.
Fixed per video. You pay a fixed amount for each accepted video, regardless of views. Good when you need the content itself — for example, for your own ads or website. A Telegram placement is always paid as a fixed fee per post.
How to estimate reach. Budget ÷ rate per thousand × 1000 = how many views you get. For example, 300 dollars at 2 dollars per thousand is 150,000 views.
View threshold. The task sets a minimum number of views below which a video is not paid. This way you do not pay for videos nobody saw.
Cap per video. You can limit the maximum payout for one video so that a single viral video does not eat the whole budget. The cap cannot be lower than the payout for the minimum threshold — the form checks this.
Which rate to set. The higher the rate, the more creators take the task and the faster videos come in. For a first launch, start with the default rate in the form and see how quickly works arrive — you can raise the rate.
The minimum budget is shown in the form and depends on the campaign type. Money is reserved when you publish the campaign, and the unspent remainder returns to your balance when it ends.
