Terms of use

1. What this document covers
Libermall UGC is a marketplace where brands post tasks for short videos and placements, and creators complete them and get paid. This document sets out the rules for both sides. By using the platform you agree to them.
2. Who can use it
An adult individual or an organisation may register. One person keeps one account. A brand account and a creator account are different roles; they cannot be combined in a single account.
3. Tasks and accepting work
The brand creates a campaign, tops up its balance and publishes a task with a brief. The campaign amount is reserved at the moment of publication — this is the payment guarantee for creators.
The creator completes the task, publishes the material and submits the link. The work is checked automatically and, where needed, manually. Acceptance is done by the brand or by a platform moderator. A rejection comes with a reason.
On platforms where statistics are not publicly available (TikTok, Instagram Reels), views are confirmed by a statistics screenshot and checked manually.
4. Payment and payouts
Payment is calculated by the task's model: per thousand valid views, or a fixed amount for accepted work. A view is valid if it passed the anti-fraud check.
Once work is accepted, the earnings are credited to the creator's balance and held for the anti-fraud period (72 hours by default). After it ends the funds are available to withdraw.
Withdrawals are made in USDT (TRC20 or TON network) to the wallet you specified in settings; earnings are counted in US dollars 1:1. There is no minimum amount and the platform covers the network fee. A member of the platform team reviews the request and sends the transfer through a payment provider; this takes up to one business day. The platform may request identity confirmation before paying out.
The platform fee is shown in the interface before you confirm an action. A change to the fee does not apply to work that has already been accepted.
5. What is forbidden
- Inflating views, bot traffic, and any means of artificially growing metrics.
- Publishing someone else's material without the rights, using music or video without a licence.
- Publishing without the advertising disclosure required by law.
- Going around the platform: agreeing to be paid outside it for tasks found here.
- Multiple accounts held by one person in order to gain an advantage.
In case of a violation the platform may reject the work, suspend a payout, block the account and reclaim previously paid funds within the clawback period.
6. Rights to the material
The rights to the material created remain with its author. The brand is granted usage rights to the extent stated in the campaign brief. If no extent is stated, the brand may use the material on its own social media accounts.
7. Disputes
A dispute about accepting work is handled by the platform. Submit it through support within 14 days of the decision. Until the dispute is resolved, the disputed amount stays reserved.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform handles settlements and checks on submitted work, but does not guarantee the commercial outcome of a placement, and is not responsible for the parties' actions outside the platform or for outages of external services (social networks, payment providers).
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are published on this page with a new update date. Continued use means acceptance of the new version.
